Inclusive employability and entrepreneurship youth work is a training course that is supported by the ERASMUS + program through the national agency of Sweden. The project leader was Youth Power Sweden, the training itself was implemented with the help of partner organizations from 8 countries. In addition to the Swedish, partners were from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and the Czech Republic.

Training took place in Mali Iđoš, Serbia, from 14.9 to 23.9.2018. One of the objectives of the training was: exchange of opinions on youth unemployment and entrepreneurship with fewer opportunities in different European countries; achieving a common understanding of different aspects, concepts and values ​​of work; talk about how youth work and informal education can positively influence young people’s employability and employment and share examples of good entrepreneurship and employment practices in combating youth unemployment …

The training is intended for young workers who want to plan, prepare and organize different activities of youth work as well as the activism of informal education in order to increase employment and entrepreneurial skills of young people with fewer opportunities.

The training itself lasted for 9 days and the participants had covered costs. After the completion of the training they got Youthpass certificates “.
