Members of Budi Muško Club Mostar and our organization’s volunteers are 1.6.2018. marked the International No Tobacco day. This activity is usually marked on the last day of the fifth month, but due to the many activities organized by the members of the Budi Muško Klub, together with the volunteers, the celebration was shifted one day later on June 1st.
Young men and girls who were part of this action, on Monday 28.5.2018. talked about the dangers of tobacco through an educational workshop and discussed possible activities they could take to point out to their peers and citizens how much tobacco use is harmful. During the first meeting, members came to the conclusion that they will organize an action during which they will walk through the city with big cigarettes to attract the attention of citizens. After the first educational workshop, the members of the Budi Muško Club together with the volunteers worked throughout the week to prepare the action. They built four large cigarettes that were carrying the city and made about 200 small cigarettes where they wrote informations about the harm of the use of tobacco and tobacco products. On Friday, June 1, 2018. In the period from 11:00 to 14:00, the members walked around the city and shared informations.
