Youth Power, together with the non-governmental organization Center for Non-Formal Education and Lifelong Learning, organized a training program “Digital Marketing for All” in Novi Sad, Serbia, from 5.4 to 14.4 in 2019 with the main aim of empowering youth workers and their competences to develop NFE / youth programs for quality digital marketing among young people (young women), users in our communities.

Additional training goals were:

  •  Share the realities of different forms of advertising to entrepreneurs (Traditional and Digital) in our communities in different european countries
  • Increase knowledge about the basic concepts and benefits of digital marketing
  •  Increase awareness of tools, methods, services and forms of advertising in digital marketing
  •  Develop competence in online / digital campaigns, social networks / media tools, internet marketing and visual presentation in digital marketing
  •  increase the competences of participants to use the photo too

The training course brought together 24 participants from 6 organizations and countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Slovakia and Montenegro) and was based on methods and principles of informal education.

This activity was carried out within the project “Independent Young Women in Digital Entrepreneurship Era”. Through this project, efforts are being made to build the capacities of youth organizations, their centers for empowerment of young entrepreneurs locally and their youth workers in the field of digital entrepreneurship competencies.
