Youth Power participated in another training course called “Development of online courses in youth work for inclusion and social entrepreneurship” held in Novi Sad, Serbia; in period from March 2 to March 10. 2019. This training course brought together 24 participants from 6 organizations and countries: Serbia, Italy, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Germany.

Some of the training course goals were:

  • To exchange various best practice projects related to youth work for inclusion and acceptance of diversity in different european countries
  • To increase the knowledge of the participants on the online learning system and the use of the e-learning platform for youth work
  • Increase the competences of the participants in order to make an appropriate analysis of the needs for online course development
  • Further develop competences for quality design, development and implementation of online courses
  • To increase the understanding and competences of participants for the development of online social entrepreneurship for immigrants and asylum seekers

 The training course was implemented within the project “Education and youth work for social entrepreneurship with and for immigrants and asylum seekers”.

 The project “Education and youth work for social entrepreneurship with and for immigrants and asylum seekers” aims to build the capacity of youth workers and youth organizations in the field of social entrepreneurship for young immigrants and asylum seekers through the empowerment of youth workers and the development of the necessary tools and courses for offline and online education and mentoring of users in our communities and at European level.
