Youth Power organized a training course titled “Independent Young Women in Digital Entrepreneurship Era”. The training held in Mostar from 19 February to 27 February 2019 with the aim of building the capacities of youth organizations, their centers for empowerment of young entrepreneurs at the local level and their youth workers in the competences for digital entrepreneurship and digital entrepreneurship learning through working with young people in our communities and at European level.

Training was done within the project “Independent Young Women in Digital Entrepreneurship Era”, which brought together 24 participants from 6 organizations and countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Slovakia and Montenegro)

One of the training objectives was to increase the understanding of the digital revolution and the benefits of digital transformation, to develop knowledge about processes and skills in digital tools to adapt traditional companies to the digital revolution, and to strengthen youth workers and build their competencies for the development of NFE / youth work programs for adapting traditional digital enterprise revolution among youth (young women), users in our communities.
