Youth Power organized a campaign planning training for all partner schools on May 14, 2019 at the hotel Mostar. High school students participated in the training where they worked on creating activities for the World No Tabacco Day, which is marked on 31 May 2019. The purpose of this training was to activate the students to organize the campaign on that day in their schools.
Students had the opportunity to plan during their training how their campaign will look and how to do it and will spend the campaign on 31 May 2019 in their schools. They had an opportunity to learn what campaigns and actions serve, how to make a decision about what activity to do, how to tailor these activities to the target group, and how to plan action.
There were also educational workshops on how to improve their organizational skills, learn to allocate resources to creating and implementing activities. Each school had a chance to create their own campaign and presented their ideas to their peers.
