Franky is a qualified social worker (Dipl.) and has been working as a coordinator for Youth Power Germany e.V. since January 1, 2021. In her role she works closely with the youth welfare offices and the Senate. Her main task is to acquire new clients, as well as all administrative tasks to support the team leader, Ms. Orgis. In the future she will also develop new projects in the area of “family-like care” and “care leaver”. Her great strength lies in crisis management and the development of conflict resolution strategies. She has been working in the Berlin youth welfare service since 2014 and trained as a DaF teacher in September 2017.
