PROJECT NAME: Inclusive employmentability and entrepreneurship youth work

AMOUNT OF GRANTS: 20.200,00 EUROS

The idea of the project is inspired by the fact that young people in general, especially those with fewer opportunities, often lack the necessary competences and experience to enter or remain in the labor market. At the same time, informal education taking place within the framework of youth work offers very valuable learning experiences for young people. There are also various tools developed under the European Youth Program to support the recognition and transfer of these learning experiences into further youth studies or the labor market, and Youthpass is the main instrument in that respect.

Ung Kraft / Youth Power from Sweden and 8 partners from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, BJR Macedonia, Kosovo *, Montenegro and the Czech Republic organize this project whose main activity is the 8-day course. It will be organized in a hostel in Mali Iđoš from September 14 to 22, 2018. The project will bring together 31 participants, trainers and staff from these 9 organizations and countries.

The purpose of the project is to strengthen empowerment workers to work on youth empowerment in order to combat youth unemployment and exclusion. The training and training course is designed for youth workers who are willing to plan, prepare and organize different activities for youth and NFE activities to increase the employability and entrepreneurial skills of young people with fewer opportunities in our communities.

The project will have the greatest impact on direct users – participants who will further develop their skills in defining, planning, preparing, conducting and evaluating the quality of inclusion and employability of youth work activities of other youth workers and youth within their local centers and activities on European level of projects.

It will also have an important impact on partner organizations that will receive trained people and who will be more capable and better equipped to develop new local and European projects and partnerships for inclusion and employability of young people.

We expect an increase in the number of young people who will be involved in the activities of organizations, through increasing the quality of inclusive employment / entrepreneurship projects in communities as a long-term perspective of duplication and sustained impact.
